Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are the standard estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

We offer a variety of shipping carriers, including:

  • International Orders: USPS, DHL, FedEx

International Shipping:
We do ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and the shipping cost does not include them.

Packaging:
Each piece of art is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use high-quality materials to protect your order during transit, including sturdy boxes, protective padding, and moisture-resistant wraps. Larger pieces may require custom packaging.

Lost or Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging your artwork, but in the event that your item is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the item is damaged, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability and the situation.

Address Issues:
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error with your shipping information after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to correct it.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of our artwork, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund.
